The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has said that Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) with errors in graduation date will not be enlisted in the orientation camp.
This was made known on NYSC’s X account on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.
“Prospective Corps Members with discrepancies in their date of graduation as uploaded on the NYSC portal and the date on their Statement of Results will not be registered in the Orientation Camp,” the statement reads in part.
The statement added: “PCMs should sort out such issues with the Student Affairs Officers (SAOs) before reporting to the Camp.”
The scheme further revealed that Prospective Corps Members will see their date of graduation on the green card (Corps Member’s Personal Detail) upon registration.
Similarly, it stressed that PCMs should also look out for date of graduation on their call-up letter, adding that it will follow the format; date, month and year (DD/MM/YYYY).
